Underwater Inspection
Structural inspection is not only carried out on the superstructure but also on the sub-structure, such as structure above water and marine structures. With the help of technology and manual inspections by experienced divers, SPI offers comprehensive engineering and inspection services for submerged structures, including bridges, piers, water tank interiors, water control structures, sub-aqueous pipelines, and waterfront structures. We understand that the underwater environment can be particularly harsh on structures, posing unique challenges to inspectors who must evaluate scouring, material conditions, or construction.
In addition to the underwater structure of the building, SPI also offers checks on the ship's hull, such as corrosine, deformation and indents, keel condition.
